Nick Presnell (left), co-owner and broker, is a native of the High Country. During his 9-year tenure at Blue Ridge Mountain Club (BRMC), he spearheaded sales and marketing for the 6,200-acre private mountain community.

Alongside him, Ean Faison (right), co-owner and broker, originally from Hillsborough, NC, arrived in 2011 to study at Appalachian State and eventually joined Team BRMC's sales efforts.

Together, Nick and Ean served as the exclusive sales team for BRMC for 9 years during its prime development period, bringing unparalleled insight and dedication to every relationship. Today, their passion lies in creating exceptional High Country experiences through real estate sales, rentals, and community development.
